Disputes: These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without reference to its choice of law rules. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, the Content, or these Terms of Use, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia.
